N. Geremus Violin - NICOLAS GEREMUS

Born in 1959 in Munich.
Coming from a family of artists, he took his first violin lessons at the age of six.
In 1976/77 he attended the Munich Academy of Music as a guest student.
Since 1978 he has been living in Vienna, where he was a student of Prof. Franz Samohyl and Prof. Gerhard Schulz at the Academy until 1987.
From 1988 to 1990 he was a member of the "Modern String Quartet" in Munich, enjoying international success in the jazz field.
Since 1986 he has been first violinist in the Vienna Symphonic Orchestra.
G. Wilfinger Violin - GERALD WILFINGER

Born in 1973 in Vorau/Austria.
Basic violin studies with Franz Zeyringer. Further studies of violin with Ulla Schulz and Gerhard Schulz at the music academies of Oberschützen and Vienna.
Masterclasses with Shmuel Ashkenasi (summer academy of Salzburg)
Pricewinner of the competitions "Jugend musiziert" and "Stefanie Hohl".
Soloist at the Youth Orchestra Camp in Salzburg.
Member of the Ambassade Orchestra and the Vienna Classical Players.
Since 1995 second violin in the Vienna Symphony Orchestra.
G. Kanzian Viola - GERHARD KANZIAN

Born in 1958 in Vienna.
From 1967 - 1972 he was a member of the Vienna Boy's Choir.
He studied violin with Prof. Eduard Larysz and Günter Pichler.
Subsequently he became a viola student of Prof. Karl Stierhof at the Vienna Music Academy and Prof. Thomas Riebl at the Mozarteum in Salzburg.
In 1979 he set out to perform as a solo musician and a member of chamber music ensembles, playing for radio and television broadcasts in Europe, Japan and America.
From 1984 to 1988 he was a member of the Glinka Quartet Vienna, achieving remarkable international success.
Since 1989 he has played for the Vienna Symphonic Orchestra.
I. Kitanovic Bass - IVAN KITANOVIC

Born in 1976 in Krusevac, Yugoslavia.
Obtained his first musical education at the "School for musical talents" in Cupria, Yugoslavia, further studies at the University for music and performing arts in Belgrade.
After moving to Austria he first studied at the University for music an performing arts in Graz; since 2000 studies at the University for Music an d performing arts in Vienna with Prof. Josef Niederhammer.
He won various competitions:
Petar Konjovic Competition in Belgrad: 1992 1. prize, 1993 1. prize
1994: International Competition in Strezia, Italien 1. prize
From 1995-1998 Solo-Double-bass with the "Belgrade Strings",
1999-2000 Solo-Double-bass with the im European Youth Chamber Orchestra of Styria
Since 2002 member of the Wiener Symphoniker and since 2003 Solo-Double-bass of the Wiener Symphoniker.
